On December 13, 2023 GAAC Chairman Ray Harvin attended a Gwinnett County budget review by Commissioner Jasper Watkins III. Everyone watched a video produced for Commission chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson that was followed by comments from Commissioner Watkins. After his comments Commissioner Watkins took questions from those attending.
