Ray Harvin represented The Gwinnett County African American Caucus (GAAC) at the dinner
along with Democratic Party of Georgia (DPG AAC) Chairperson, Dr. Barbara Campbell.
State leaders encouraged Georgia Democrats to stay motivated and to work hard to get
democrats to the polls for all Local, State, and National elections.
GAAC Chair, Ray Harbin attended the Democratic Party of Georgia Carter-Lewis Annual
Fundraiser Dinner February 8, 2024. The keynote speaker was North Carolina Governor Roy
Cooper.
The dinner provided the GAAC Chair a chance speak with Georgia’s 5th district Representative
and Democratic Party of Georgia Chairwoman, Congresswoman Nikema Williams.
